Returns
We hope you love your order, but if something’s not quite right, don’t worry — we’ve made returns simple.
You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to send it back for a refund, as long as it’s in its original condition.

How to Return an Item
Follow these steps to submit your return request:
1. Log in to your account
- Enter your email address and click Continue.
- Check your email for a message from us with a six-digit verification code.
- Copy the code, return to our website, and enter it to access your account.
2. Submit your return request
- Select the order you want to return.
- If your order has more than one item, choose the items you want to send back.
- Select a return reason and add any notes for our team.
- Click Request Return to send it through.
3. Send your item back
- Repack your item securely using the original packaging or something similar.
- Include your order details if possible.
- Use a tracked postal service (you’ll find the returns address in your confirmation email or on our website).
- Keep your tracking receipt safe until we confirm your refund.
Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 5 working days.
- Refunds go straight back to your original payment method.
- We’ll email you as soon as your refund has been issued.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour?
Simply place a new order for the item you want and return the original for a refund.
This is the fastest way to get what you need without delays.
Non-Returnable Items
We can’t accept returns on items that are:
- Worn, damaged, or not in a re-saleable condition
Return Postage Costs
We don’t currently offer free returns. This helps us reduce unnecessary shipping and keep our prices fair for everyone.
That means you’ll need to cover the cost of return postage.
